Article 7 – Right to access personal data and other rights
The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him/her, even if this data has not yet been recorded and the communication of such data in an intelligible form.
The data subject has the right to obtain information regarding:
a) the source of the personal data;
b) the purposes and methods of the data processing;
c) the logic applied to the processing if it is carried out with the aid of electronic means;
d) the identity of the data controller, data processors and the designated representative as indicated in article 5, comma 2;
e) entities or categories of entity to whom or which the data may be communicated to or who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative within the country, data processors or persons in charge of data processing.

a) the updating, rectification, or, where of interest, integration of the data;
